"Bed seemed to be broken and there were some repairs that needed to be made- towel hook hanging from wall, dresser pull broken off (probably happened a few weeks prior during Mardi Gras). Location is excellent "

"Great A/C, cheap hair dryer, cheap/rough towels, poor shower head, but it is an older property in general. Club downstairs and cars speeding and thumping bass kept us up until after 3 am. BUT….. I do realize we were in NOLA, so it kinda makes sense. "

"Great hotel with a really awesome location. Easy access to jackson square and bourbon street. Room was great. Only issue was there was light above the window. Blqckout shades would have been ideal."

"This hotel is just south of Bourbon St, easy to walk to but far enough from the loud speakers at night. It has a gym & a proper bar & lounge area. Our room was facing a multi-level garage with garish neon lights (where we parked our car coincidentally), but it had big windows with good black-out blinds & was pretty roomy. The glass double sliding bathroom doors were quite trendy, but kept coming off the tracks on the floor & dangle precariously at the top. The bathroom counter top had a crack & a chip. Did someone sit on it? Shortly after check-in, someone from the housekeeping crew just opened our door as we were resting on our beds, without knocking first. He did apologize but we thought that was quite unprofessional. Other than that, the overall feel is quite corporate, if you're into this kind of environment. "
