Quiet and so close to the Ocean

Loved this rental. It was the perfect setup for our family. My son, wife and baby were able to stay in the lower unit so they had their own space and the rest of the family stayed upstairs. Loved that it was just a short walk down to the eater. Great views.

Just OK.

I have rented ALOT of homes and I'd have to say this one was probably in the bottom five. We had no hot water the day we arrived (had two toddlers we needed to bath after a half a day of traveling and no way to bath them). When I contacted the property management they really didn't seem to care and told me maintenance could not get there until the next day. The maintenance guy was great and for other issues the property management company was fairly nice. The townhouse itself is just ok. It is advertised as having a tub which it does not. We were given limited pillows, one per person and no extra blankets. We were also given three washcloths for eight people. I called the property management company and they were able to provide five more so at least we had one per person. The linens in general need to be replaced, they are old and wearing out. I would not rent this townhouse again.

We love sea dunes

We have stayed in several different condos in sea dunes. This one only had one pot and several frying pans in the upstairs unit. There were a lot of beach chairs but not many towels. We had a great tome and will be back!!

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic time staying here. The beach access is great! Loved the pool too. The house was stocked with everything you could need and beach and pool toys as well! The nightly rental is very affordable but the administrative fees are high. If it were more affordable we would have stayed a week.

Great location to pool and beach. It felt like a natural setting. Needs a private outdoor shower.

With little dog, baby and 3 year old, was lots of in and easy. Only wish we brought a baby monitor because there is no connection to downstairs.
