「I was very impressed how the property is so well maintained. The condo was very clean and perfect for our needs. The area is beautiful and quiet. The no drive beach is a plus for taking long walks in the evening. The Great Ocean management responded quickly to my emails and were very helpful. I would recommend this property to others.」

「The owners were very likable and made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. They are dog friendly and Gracie really loved all the attention. The breakfasts were yummy… homemade scones and muffins, quiche and cowboy scramble 😊 I would definitely stay there again if in New Smyrna 」

「Amazing place. On the beach. Rooms have all you need. Hotel has 5 rooms and there are two chairs and umbrella for each. Coffee, water and pops are free. Plenty of towels. Not luxury hotel but all what you really need and on right spot. Will recommend to everyone.」

「Its a great location on the Intracoastal and a short walk up the shopping street to the beach. I suppose for the area its a good value, although we found our room to be very small. 」

「The view from the property was breathtaking. It’s our second year coming to stay at sea villas in new Smyrna and it’s definitely a place we will be returning to. It was convent to have the pool and beach right outside our stay as we traveled with three little ones! Thanks for a great vacation」
