Good when the prices aren’t surging, great location, pretty clean, consitent. Big hotel so service can be slow and rude at the front desk. Beds are comfy. Noisy construction two times that I’ve stayed there, so sleep wasn’t the best. Water smells funny. Shower is nice.

I had a very quick check in, the front desk staff was friendly each time I had to encounter them (check in, ask about ice and check out). My room was very clean, other than some random sounds I put off as being the elevator (my room directly across the hall from the elevator), it was actually really quiet. The elevators were extremely fast, so that was convenient. The location was great. As a solo female traveler i also felt very safe.

The staff were very friendly and there were plenty of shops with a massive food hall right across the street. A lovely park across the street as well. Overall a wonderful experience.

I had a nice stay overall. The facilities are pretty basic, but everything was clean, and the body care products in the room were surprisingly good. The location is great, super convenient, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The staff were also really courteous and helpful. The only downsides were the thin walls (you can definitely hear your neighbors) and room service being a bit slow. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in New York! Big room, very friendly staff, clean property. There is a park right in front of the hotel, and a shopping center with Trader Joes, Target, a big Primark, and a food court. I heard NO outside noise at night. Exceptional experience!
