We had a great experience here! So close to so many fun restaurants and subway stations. The staff were professional and very kind, they also provided us with ear plugs since our room was street-facing. Room was quaint, but are perfect if you plan to spend your days out and about

The hotel itself was nice and clean and offered multiple amenities. Jamel was the real hero as he ensured our car was waiting to take us to the airport and walked us there himself in the rain. Isaiah was also very helpful and polite with the check in process.

What a pristine hotel! My friend & I loved our stay at HGU NY. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the front desk staff were very helpful & kind. Our room was gorgeous & very clean, loved the amenities. The connecting cafe was delicious & what a great view from the rooftop! We told our friends we have to stay here for all our future K-Town trips. Love from Boston!

Decent size room (for NYC!) well worth the money for a true boutique hotel! Staff was great! Noa a cafe was a great spot for morning coffee as well! Plus it’s in a perfect location. Close to lots of mid town stuff and right off a subway stop.
