Every time I left to explore the city, I would come back to a clean and comfortable room. The staff was always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always greeting us with smiles. I also really appreciated how easy and stress-free they made visits with guests compared to other hotels. Overall I had a wonderful stay and felt very welcomed here 😊

We only stayed for an overnight enroute to jfk the next s,m The room was VERY TINY and could of used a good scrubbing The staff was knowledgeable and kind. There was no coffee for the a.m and nothing close by I guess the cost was ok, compared to hotels in the area The reviews I read couldn't have been further from the truth Very disappointed

The front desk and room staff were very nice and helped with anything we needed. We asked for extra pillows and blankets not a problem. The air conditioner worked great. The rooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable and we are picky about that! We were able to get a parking place in a covered garage right on the property, which was free, which was unbelievably great! The location was good. There are a couple of cafés right down the street for coffee and bakery goods. My only complaint is that we did not have any soap or body soap in any of the dispensers in the shower or soap for the sink, but the shower was clean, and the pressure was great with plenty of hot water. it was a little noisy being right on a busy street but did not affect our sleep. If we were to have to stay in Brooklyn again, we would certainly consider this establishment to stay at again.
