A small and comfortable room with quick access to the bathrooms and coffee station. It's basic but that's all you need for a quick one or two night stay. It's also located fairly close by to a lot of major landmarks. (Rockefeller square, Madison Square Garden) My only complaint is that the vending machines was almost completely out.

I think people should study this hotel because it is an amazing option for the people around the world to visit NY and be able to pay these prices. The truth is people don't need a glamorous expensive hotel in Manhattan because the city has so much to offer. People need these type of hotels!!! Please build more options like this in other parts of Manhattan!

Very Clean No-Frills Mini-Hotel. Terrific location in Flatiron District walking distance to all I needed. Price was fraction of two other hotels I’ve used. Shared Bathroom was very clean (although only One was Available); not an issue. Bed was comfy, A/C worked, Big Fridge near Coffee/Tea Area. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. They’re a bit janky but I think it added charm. Will be back.

The room was clean as well as the bathrooms. USB OUTLETS would have been good for the room, especially the top bunk, as alternatives to regular plugs. The air conditioning was great and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location for ease of getting around the area attractions.

Very clean and sparse. Absolutely fine for the price! Bed was comfortable, AC was powerful. Private bathroom was teensy but adequate. Body wash or a hair dryer would have been nice, but this is a budget place for sure. I’m would stay here again.
