"We chose this pool because we had our toddler granddaughter with us that wanted to swim. The hotel website said heated indoor pool so we thought it would be perfect. Nope, we couldn’t even get into the water because it was too cold. No heat at all, felt like Colorado mountain river water, it was freezing."

"We stayed 4 nights. Each day we stayed the “free breakfast” offerings became smaller and smaller as the were “out” of things. This was to the point that my husband and I refused to even bother. Elevator was out of service. Pool that is advertised is not available. It’s misleading to say that these amenities exist when one cannot make use of them. The room and overall facilities were very outdated. Let me be clear that I did not expect a 5 star room or facilities, my expectations were reasonable for the price but they fell short of even that. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of only one is that the room was very clean, good hot water, and shower water pressure."
