「房間乾淨舒適，大小在日本來說算很大間，還有一間更衣室可以曬衣服，洗衣機、廚房設備也很齊全。走去地鐵站不會很遠，從新宿坐公車到公寓門口大概20分鐘。缺點是附近的地鐵-中野富士見町，大部分的地鐵要在中野坂上轉車，才能去新宿，有時候要花點時間等車。」

「住宿地點超級遠，根本不近市中心，如果需要搭地鐵或JR，根本上要行上20分鐘，不是他們所說幾分鐘就到地鐵站，住宿附近沒有任何便利店，回酒店前要買好所有需要的用品，如果不是住地下層，2樓以上要搬樓梯，如果行李重的話是很辛苦的，去搬一次走的時候也要搬一次，晚上隔音設備很差，鄰居聊天的說話完全可以聽到，我們五個人，只有三張被，要求多一張也不能，就算有暖氣，也不會開到太高度數，因為真的很乾！頭髮風筒也很像玩具似的，一點力度也沒有！」

「The staff was very nice. I only had one issue and they got back to me quickly. It was very clean and tidy. The only real complaint was the mattress I slept on was very used not comfortable and had a concave. Other than that it was good. It was extremely tiny, but I knew that going in, so no complaints there. 」
