"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"
"A little bit far from JR, but it will be a good digestive walk for your topped off stomach. Check out time is 10 AM, it would be great if it’s 1pm. But they offer free locker after check out. "

"Lovely hotel with great amenities. Restaurant served excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The rooftop terrace has a pretty poor menu - we went once and vowed we would never return there. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Didn’t love the self check in but otherwise, had a lovely stay!"
"Busy hotel with convenient access to both the quieter museums and galleries of Shinjuku as well as the more raucous nighttime entertainment of the neighborhood. Easily walkable to many subway lines. Enjoyed my stay at this property."
"The property was in a location that was easily accessible for transit, restaurants and nightlife. For families, I would note that it may not be the best location given the proximity to some nightlife establishments. One of the best features is that the Limo bus to and from the airport is at the entrance to the hotel."
"Lobby was nice, great AC in the rooms, great shower, amazing breakfast buffet. Hotel is a bit dated.... built in 1984. Staff was VERY sweet and nice."
