"The room was very clean and good. The staff were very helpful with all our needs. They called taxis for us and wrote our destination on a card in Japanese. That helped us a lot. The hotel is in a good area of the city to get to all the sites."

"Best location. Close to everything but just a touch out of the madness of the crowds. Lots of options to eat and shop and transitting around Tokyo was super easy with a 3 min walk!"

"There was no functioning air conditioning in our room and the a/c unit just delivered hot air, even when the thermostat was set to 18. It was the hottest and most uncomfortable night of our trip. Front desk staff did not seem to care when I explained the problem. Would not recommend this hotel. "
