“I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. “Very clean and amazing location, rooftop patio adorable.Downfall,Nowhere to hang clothes or towels in the entire place. Luggage ends up on floor with clothes on floor. Not clean or acceptable.Kitchen is poorly equipped. Minimal number of glasses and no coffee cups Front door difficult to navigate. Whether going in or out could be tricky.Need instructions regarding hot water for people that have not travelled Japan.”

“We traveled with a family of five, including 3 teenagers, and this property was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. We really enjoyed the local area- it was quiet and was a quick walking distance to a few convenience stores for snacks and drinks. We were also within 20-40 minutes (driving distance) to most major tourist locations in Tokyo. Towels, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and basic kitchen utensils were all provided. “There is no chance all the 5 star reviews are legit. This place is gross. In addition to mystery stains on the furniture, they rooms they sell as non-smoking have a smoking patio 10m from the bed.”
