“It is first time i come to Bangkok and that guesthouse give the good service for my group even thoughbis being midnight. However, when we wake up in the morning we said check out of the room and go to another hotal , the manager cut the phone call and reject our request to call a taxi. it is very annoyed.Staff is not helpful. Thinking twice before you choose this guesthouse”

“Good place to stay on a budget. The rooms are basic but have everything you require (apart from coffee making facilities). Boiling water and a microwave can be found in the reception area. The apartment building is set back from the main road and only a short walk from a seven eleven. It’s an ideal location for visiting Ko Kret and only fifteen minutes by taxi to Impact. Seemed to be many students from the nearby hospitals staying long term in the rooms, which goes to show what good value the……

“Room size and amenities are ok. However finding the place or person to check in was a problem. Phone number listed in confirmation and website was wrong. Another guest had the same problem. Had to get a resident of the condo to help as the security guard doesn't understand English or was simply unhelpful. Thanks to the resourceful resident, she managed to figure out/find out the number which is 88-0606069 and helped call in Thai the check-in person. There's no reception area, no nightclub, no……

“The landlady, Kim was very nice and accommodating. She helped me with the directions around the area. It was hard to find her at first. They do not have a reception area, but the people in the condo helped me contact her. I would advice you buy a sim at the airport if you don't have a thai number and you contact her (number indicated in her post) prior to going to the condo. The place is not a hotel so don't expect much of this place. This is more of a condo type room and you will be living with……
