「Needed a code but couldn’t get on. Called owner? No help. Midnight and raining and finally used my pen knife to pop the lock. Soaked and the thermostat was locked at 66 deg F. Got a severe cold that ruined my 3 week vacation. Avoid」

「It is the worst place i have ever been, even the hotel management ask me to pay again for something i have paid before, i had to do it otherwise they want to cancel my stay, i have done complains in hotels, and haven't received the refunds yet. There are a lot of small coucoraches beside the bed. It is totally nasty place. Worst ever.」

「I booked a king bed room but it gave me a double bedroom. And tell me to call hotels.com to refund by myself. so terrible experience.」
