“Did not get what we paid for, it was advertised as 2 queen bed but the beds were smaller than that. Not the nicest place.”

“When checking in they put us in the wrong room then when I complained they told me it was “an upgrade” and the room we booked wasn’t available so they moved us to a room like the one I booked but it was smaller. Then we saw a roach but no refunds could only move us to another room so since we are only 18 and 19 it was hard to find somewhere to stay as check in at a lot of places is 21 so we had to take the room change then to find out our AC is full of MOLD”

“This property was fine, location close to the ocean, the check in was completely insane. It took almost 30 minutes because the office staff was more concerned with talking amongst themselves rather than helping actually get us checked in. We kept having to remind them we were still there and trying to get a key, and we were the only people there! We specifically booked a bottom floor due to my mother’s mobility issues and were given a top floor unit. They completely did not care. Office staff……

“The place was cute, clean very close to the water and pool. Ideal location and view. The check in and check out needs improvement. I was made to wait in long lines. Walking is a challenge for I am handicapped. I prepaid to extend my stay. They wouldn’t let me pay deposits or get a parking pass the night before and made me come back the next morning to stand in line again. Then they charged me a $35.00 fee for early check in for a room I already paid for the night before and never left. So,……
