"Room was spacious and clean, walking distance to everything. House keepers very attentive! Front desk staff who checked us in he seemed annoyed and didn’t really answer questions we had so we had to ask another front desk person and she was great and answered every question we had. "

"It was in a good area, it was a place to sleep- but nothing wow. It was easy to get to and convenient but that’s about it. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. However, the coffee and tea station is only open until 10 am. This should be open longer for those who are just arriving or need that afternoon boost after walking around the city. "

"Very good location, no problem with the elevators. Lot of space in the room for NY, kitchenette is a plus. Bed are just ok."

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was so small that two people could not walk past the bed at the same time. I wonder if we got this awful room because we used Expedia. The people at the front desk were so very rude. If you happen to get in the wrong line to ask a question, you get a very snide remark in return. We love NYC and visit here every year. We will never stay here again."

"Only thing I wish I had was a fridge, but everything else was just as expected!"

"The room has definitely seen better days. There were rips in the carpet, stains on the sheets, stains on the chair and the bathroom could have used a deep clean. Bathroom mirror was actually scary. All service was outstanding with the exception of the front desk. "
