“No courtesy from the staff, had issues in the room with exhaust fan and toilet flush - not addressed throughout our stay. Few of the door to building were not closing properly(security concern) . Two out of three elevators were out of order. Don’t get fooled by the price they offer and the photos you see online. I wish I could dispute charges with credit card company but that’s against my ethics. No room service.”

“First room had one curtain that was held on by one hook only and did not cover the whole window. The window itself was very dirty with a stain across most of it. View from the window was of a tent on a pallet occupied by a homeless person on the hotel property. No remote for tv either. Second room had two curtains, I guess the upgrade package! No shower curtain, no fridge, no tv and most amazing of all.... No lightbulbs in the lamps”
