“Great and helpful staff”

“Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants et avons bien apprécié l’hôtel. L’hôtel est proche de tout , commerces, métro, restaurants. 4 lignes de métro et plusieurs Bus desservent l’arrêt Hammersmith qui se situe à quelques minutes de l’Hotel. Le personnel est disponible la literie est très bien et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Pour le ménage il faut déclarer quotidiennement à la réception sinon il n’est pas fait. Je recommande cet hôtel.”

“Very glad with breakfast service and free afternoon tea service! The location is so good, so convinent to Harrods. Although the room is not big, but is very warm and smart. The stuff is so kind and you have the tea or coffe service for 24hours which I think is very nice. Next time to London, I will definitely choose this hotel. It have my recommendation.”

“Pro: very good location, close to bus stops and underground station. Easy to find different restaurants for food, actually the ground floor of the inn is a restaurant. Several stores are in walk range. Con: room is tiny, no microwave, no riferage.”
