“房間清潔問題比較差，塵厚，水壓好低，沖涼基本上去唔到水 。廁所沖廁嘅時候會有水彈出嚟，就算冚咗廁板都一樣會彈出嚟。”

“Loved our stay and wished it was longer! We especially loved the attention to detail in the decor and amenities, the clean and spacious room, and the friendly service. Food at the restaurant was excellent.”

“Location is good, many shops nearby like Primark, Boots and supermarkets, but 10 mins walk from tube. Room condition is average, no slippers provided.”

“We only stopped for one night but we were very pleased with our stay. We arrived very very early with 6 pieces of luggage and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was perfect, the staff was friendly. The hotel was less than a block from the tube station. There were some basic sundries available at the front desk. Very close to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!”

Somehow the service qualities dropped significantly during this 7-day stay. We arrived the hotel by 14:20 but the receptionist rejected our request on early check-in. Neither do we can complete check-in process first and to leave our luggage there, to collect……
