Our stay at this property was great! Easy to check-in and find parking, amazing balcony ocean view, 3 full bath- 3 bedrooms can be hard to find so that was awesome! Wash/dryer was great as was the spacious layout of the unit. Very comfy and clean!

Great view

This place was great enough room for all of us, great view. The only thing I wish it had a few more dishes and the building would give out more than 2 parking passes, but other than that it was a great place

Oceanfront Retreat

We enjoyed our stay immensely, I spent as much time on the balcony as possible listening to the waves, enjoying the sunrise, people watching. 1207 had everything we needed including a kettle which I appreciate as a tea drinker. We will stay again!

Relaxing spot with a great view

Beautiful view, lots of room and all the amenities you'd want for a beach vacation. Convenient to the beach, of course, but also shops, stores and restaurants. However, we often opted to just stay in for dinner -- preferred the comfort and serenity of the balcony over a restaurant. Will book again!

Beautiful condo!

We loved this spacious..beautifully furnished..comfortable beds and seating! We loved our views from the 12th floor..very nice balcony with nice beachy furniture! We all enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms! Everyone was happy to have nice flat-screen tvs in their own bedrooms as well! We were happy the condo looked just like the pictures that were advertised!! We will definitely rent this out again!

Gorgeous View

The view of the ocean from our 12th floor balcony was simply divine! The unit was super clean and nicely furnished. The Vacasa staff was exceptionally responsive to any questions or problem we had. (The ice maker never worked properly). Flying in from out-of-state we were disappointed that the owner did not provide beach chairs, umbrellas or beach towels. This became added expenses for us. This unit is ideal for 4-6 friends/couples as this allows for much individual space and privacy.

This condo is right on the beach and spacious. Main living room decorated nicely with comfortable furniture. Comfy beds. The guest extras are nice but not being able to understand or ask about the details of the guest extras was a miss by vacasa. The kitchen could use a few more supplies. Luckily I brought a few coffee pods with me since I found out upon arrival that the owner supplied a kuerig. Bring your own coffee! Please note that the no smoking policy doesn't necessarily apply to everyone in the building. Also, bring or rent your own chairs or umbrellas. Other supplies for the condo were readily available such as garbage bags, detergent, paper towels, etc. New nice washer and dryer for use. Trash chute, parking, valet carts/baskets very close by and very convenient.

The children loved all the pools after beach day. Great way to cool down and remove sand before heading to room. Beach access is easy and convenient. Rooms were roomy and comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels and beds were cozy. Truly loved our stay.

Great value coupled with great comfort!

This room is exactly what we needed for my family and I. It is very spacious, has a great view from the 12th floor, huge balcony with comfortable chairs and a great view, spacious living/dining/kitchen, beautiful master bedroom, and each bedroom had its own bathroom! The resort had 2 hot tubs, a lazy river, a kiddie pool, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool on the 5th floor. Parking was easy and access to the beach was easy!

Cleanest property I have ever stayed at! Loved having 3 bathrooms. Extremely quiet at night, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Kitchen with drip and Keith coffee makers and all needed kitchen tools. Washer and dryer worked well and we also had access to a vacuum for quick clean ups. Would have liked to leave beach items in hallway, but this was not allowed per HOA. Hated dragging beach stuff into the condo everyday, but the shower area provided when coming off the beach allowed us to get our gear as sand free as possible before entering the unit
