The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds—making this condo a comfortable option for families or small groups. Inside, the unit includes Wi-Fi, four flat-screen TVs, room air conditioning with heat, ceiling fans, and a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, range, and microwave.

Guests enjoy access to the shared oceanfront sundeck, picnic tables, and on-site washer and dryer facilities. The building is older, but the condo is clean, functional, and well maintained, offering a relaxed beachfront stay without unnecessary extras.

Blue Mist is one of the few small dog-friendly oceanfront properties in Cherry Grove, with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per dog. This is a non-smoking property with no house parties, motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts allowed. Parking is limited to two vehicles; additional vehicles must park at the rental office with an overflow tag.
