Great location and very nice spacious condo! Very comfortable for 6 people. Could use a few larger sized kitchen bowls and baking trays, etc… the retro 80’s decor was my favorite! And really appreciated the carpet. Keeps the sand under control.

Comfort condo on Cherry Grove Beach

Our family had a great stay in this Sunrise Point condo 4E. It was quiet, convenient, and comfortable. We enjoyed preparing breakfast each morning and spent out days on the beach. So easy! This condo is a little smaller than some we’ve stayed, but a great vacation home for our family. We had a great week together at the beach!

We enjoyed our month in Sunrise Pointe 4e. The view is terrific and the location in Cherry Grove is peaceful. It’s a short walk to the local nature preserve where we saw some interesting birds. Easy access to the beach for walking, which we did every day - great beach! It was our first time booking with Elliott and we found them to be very professional and the condo was clean on our arrival. Linens were included in our package, but we always bring our own bedding and towels so we didn’t need them. We have already made a booking through Elliott for next winter. Everything worked in the condo so there was no need for any service calls. The couches were a bit sat out, but the newer rocker swivel recliner was great. The deck furniture is a bit basic, but again we bring our own camping rockers, so not a problem. An upgrade to the tv and silverware would be nice. All in all it was good value for what we paid and our expectations were met. The building appeared to be well maint
