The check in process went very well through Elliot realty. However, upon arrival at Paradise Pointe 12A, the unit was not cleaned. The shower liners needed to be changed. On the balcony of the unit, was dog poop. We spent the day dusting and cleaning the unit. We called the maintenance number and someone did come out to clean up the dog poop and replace the shower liners. It’s a safe and nice unit, but the furniture is outdated and the whirlpool tub was not in working condition. Would stay at Paradise Pointe again, but not in this unit.

Family vacation

Condo was not clean at all when we arrived but after calling the property management they sent someone to clean it and she did a great job. Condo was really old and needs some upgrades but beds were very comfortable and view was great!
