"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. The electricity in the room is turned on by putting the key in the wall, so at first it was a bit confusing because I missed that part of the explanation when I talked to the desk person when I checked in. "We spent 5 days at this hotel. It is close to JR Station and one can walk from Namba Station to the hotel if you know the direction. Food, transportation, and shopping are all within walking distance. Breakfast is excellent with many varieties. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. "
