Though the hotel ran out of toilet rolls... yep, only had a few squares of toilet rolls, and had to use facial tissues instead. Housekeeping later confirmed there is none left and offer another pack of facial tissues instead.
Night shift reception staff member is somewhat cold / dull in response. (Nov 1 evening and Nov 3 evening / early morning.)
However the morning receiption on (Nov 2) was wonderful (kudos to receiptionist on Nov 2) to help provide best advise when I missed my intended Shuttle service."
