「Lovely property, thanks for a great stay 」

「Great place, handy, clean, modern and friendly staff. The only thing that i personally found a wee negative was the room was too hot to sleep in. If the clock was reading the correct temperatutre, it read the room as 26/27 degrees. I could not feel any air coming through the room.」

「That's a lovely motel in rosedale area. The location is very convenient for eating Korean cuisine, but I didn't try it.」

「Extremely disappointed about being charged on a minibar item after my departure from Auckland, without prior clarification. Only got an email informing me my credit card was charged. At the time of checkout I explicitly stated that no minibar items were consumed when asked. Felt utterly insulted and robbed when they charged me afterwards, and their behaviour makes me wonder that the hotel could basically charge you on anything after checkout. Would not have noticed if I didn't check my email....

「I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. 」
