「Stayed for 4 nights visiting friends and family, really convenient location but above all a very personal experience. The room was lovely, clean and freshly decorated, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary homemade biscuits to help yourself to at reception. Very attentive and lots of really good recommendations to local restaurants and places of interest. 」

「Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke . If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again . 」

「Great position, comfortable room & friendly host.」

「Nicely done out. A couple of issues in terms of equipment - only one mug so we had to go out and buy one the following day. Also no potato peeler, cafetière (coffee machine needed capsules which are more expensive to buy). The outdoor area could have been made more attractive. The alley at the back was full of rubbish. We did receive quick feedback to our concerns about the mug and the lockpad being left on the code. 」

「Absolutely terrible experience couldn’t even get in to the property so had to travel all the way back to Manchester , spoke to a neighbour across the road and he took my number to contact me if the host comes along , I emailed him/her to call me but they didn’t back to to me 」

"Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check out was at noon however we were urged to leave as soon as 11am came by, asking to charge us for overstaying in the hotel. Our belongings were held at the lobby as well because of this, and the staff were reluctant to return our belongings. Extremely disappointed at the service and conditions of the hotel, will not recommend it to anyone."
