“Room is dirty and the light of toilet out of order. The windows was all bird pee. Just god service at breakfast time”

“The Hotel and room were clean and comfortable and the owner very willing to please. The location is well situated with easy acess to the town centre shops and seafront. Traffic noise is minimal and presents no problems with sleeping. The morning breakfast offers a large and varied selection with something available for all tastes, The full English breakfast is highly recommended to set you up for the day. As a suggestion a tea towel and small sponge would be an advantage upon the sink in order……

“Everything was perfect. Lovely room which was immaculately clean and well presented. Stephen and Neil were perfect hosts and clearly work really hard to ensure their guests have a lovely stay. Great location for everything in the area. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!”

“Abandoned front for court, no parking. Extremely dated furniture and appliances. Two forks in the property when they were expecting a family of five. No curtains in master bedroom. Very uncomfortable futon for a child’s bed. Old worn out pool table in living room. Good point was the speediness of the replies from the manager when we had problems getting into the property and accessing the WiFi.”

“Inside property was clean but hallway was not so much due to seagulls and others, host could have been a bit quicker at responding. Location was very good though parking in front of property was based on first come first served but there was parking on the street which you had to pay for from 9am to 5:30pm. Bed was comfortable sofa was a two seater and very uncomfortable and wobbly. Luckily we didn’t have to spend too much time sitting on it as the tv didn’t work for the last day and a half.”

“The property was clean and exactly as advertised. It was a little draughty at times as the windows were not sealing properly but I really enjoyed my stay there and hope to stay there again next year.”

“First impression was that the outside of the building could do with a little attention, but what a contrast once inside the apartment… superb, The only niggle was the noise from upstairs. Not deliberate, just very noisy laminate flooring. Loud enough to wake you. If you are a really heavy sleeper then you will be hard pushed to find a nicer place.”
