「I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management.」

「Old room but tidy and clean. Just stayed overnite on my way from Scotland to England and it was good enough with low budget. Very kind staff (of Costa) as my arrival was very late at 22:30. Enjoyed 25% discount at Costa which is located at the entrance of the hotel.」
