「The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly.
There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening.
When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

「This small unit is extremely convenient and reasonably priced for downtown. One review notes it being very small, but that is very clear from the description. Parking is an added plus. So why only 3* ?There is a stained glass window high in the wall, and light from the adjacent building / parking garage let light into the room all night. 「Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the yard because it rained the whole time. However, everything else was perfect. The cottage was spotlessly clean, including the very large refrigerator. The hosts were outgoing and accommodating. The weather changed a lot, but the heater and air conditioner were more than adequate. We stayed with mom, dad, college boy, little kid and Gramma.
