「The shower is pretty tight with only a small caddy so might be helpful to bring your own or plan accordingly. Also, we had an issue with a few of the lights not working but not enough of a problem to interfere with our time there. Overall a good stay that allowed us to reset.」

「My only issues were the neighbors light was on all night, every night and the curtains didn't help much. The place smelled a little musty even with the dehumidifier. Nature cannot be controlled and a skunk sprayed right by the place and that's all I could smell the first night.」

「Host was amazing and kind. House was nice and clean, easy to access. 4 stars only because we were missing toilet paper, but the host immediately responded and fixed the issue. Highly recommend!」

「This is the perfect little hideaway! My husband & I came down for my birthday weekend to get some time away from everyday life. The location is remote enough to enjoy some serious quiet time, but also not too far from all the fun Eureka Springs has to offer. It ended up being pretty hot out so we didn't get to enjoy much hot tub time, but having the option was great. The railcar theme was well executed & our host was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!」

「Wes was very responsive in securing an additional night for friends coming from Missouri prior to our arrival the next day. He is very kind & accommodating, so much so that we would have all liked to meet him. He respectfully told us he tries to stay away from the property on weekends leaving all the details to staff which we certainly understand. The staff was excellent!! The grounds & the property was beautifully landscaped just as though it was done in honor of his mother. Deer greeted...

「The cottage was nice and simple. Perfect for 2 people. We loved the old ship lap design on the interior walls and the kitchen cabinets primitive design. Everything was super clean. The exterior lighting and rock work adds a great touch for the evening hours with a fire pit & chill out area. The cottage sits only a couple minute drive from the marina, which makes this destination perfect for those spending a day on the lake.」
