「We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. The cabins were well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. 「Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Hosts were incredibly thoughtful (my 10 year old even made friends with their super cool adult son who was home for Easter). Cottage was new, clean, and very well stocked. Hot tub was a nice touch and host took the time to walk my son through setting up the Bluetooth speakers. We even took advantage of their fire pit in the private patio area. Already looking forward to our next stay!」

「We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around.
