「Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. 」

「Just what we wanted…a place to relax with a lake view. The deck is as described…perfect views of the lake, sunrise and the moon. There is no way off of it, so it was great for the dog as well. The sitting arrangements of sofas is also great…can be together but doing separate things- two people worked a puzzle while the other two watched a movie. 「It was a lovely home - clean and easy to be in. Super spot in a comfortable and nice neighborhood. The property is very well kept. The furnishings were updated and pretty. The kitchen was nice and the fridge new and clean. The outdoor bedroom was great because it was a quiet space, but those who use it need to be able to navigate stairs and be okay with there being no attached bathroom. We enjoyed the deck and the cute lights, and the blooming flowers in the boxes. There is no air...

「The pictures don't do justice to this property. The red carpet makes the pictures look dated, but the property is immaculate. 「Charming, recently updated home that was comfortable for me and my father. When I arrived the home was clean, stocked with the amenities I needed in the kitchen (including complimentary coffee) and even laundry supplies. The home had an EV charger which was great because our rental was an EV for our trip. The property owner walked me through how to turn the charger on and was very responsive. 「We really enjoyed the location being so close to downtown and easy freeway access. The property grounds are very private, butting up to a large greenspace and tall fencing. The home is spacious with modern appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, and plenty of kitchenware. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. Drawbacks were freeway noise, but only outside.
