「The check in person at the front desk is racist and I am a black female. He checked in a white couple in front of me, greeted them and told them about the fee for incidents, and the man asked how much the fee was. The check in person told them a different fee than when it was my turn, I was not greeted and was charged the whole fee and an additional fee, both I will be contesting with my bank. We also took pictures of the room before we left to prove the room was left decent.」

「Laundry machines were not working, we were staying for a few days to do sports, it would have been nice to clean the uniforms. First night there, several cars were broken into. Right in front of the main door. I was getting ready and watching for the police to respond and it took almost 2 hours for them the show up. Several people were late to the game. Even refs.」

「Jetted tub in the room was poor. Weak jets. Carpet and room had a funky smell. Not terrible but strange.」

「Everything thing was excellent!」

「I was so tired when I got to the hotel, the staff was kind and nice to talk to while checking in. My room was clean and comfortable. However, I was in pain from hours in the car driving in off and on rain, plus construction congestion. I woke up with a migraine and was allowed to stay an extra hour to get rid of it for which I was extremely grateful for. If I ever make this road trip again I would happily stay here again!!!」

「Place was clean . The pool was nice. The staff was friendly. It was a very basic breakfast but it was really good. The shower had bad water pressure. Other than that, it was nice. It was on a good location .」

「The room is quiet and there is no pungent smell like other hotel rooms.」
