“I like this location. It is close to where I was hanging out in Richmond. The check-in was super easy, and the decorations are fun!”

“Great spacious apartment on the ground floor with a big yard with a deck and fire pit. Very quiet area and a park with tennis courts and basketball courts close by. The area is growing and more shops, bars and restaurants opening up. Check out Monty’s, fuzzy cactus, Julio’s bagels (great coffee) and Smokey mug for breakfast or bbq. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful. ”

“Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!”

“Great location, easy in and out, and clean. It is in the Fan district so it is an old track style home, I think that adds a lot of charm. Where the charm stopped for us is in the quality of furniture, mattress and seating. Mattress was awful, couch is a college dorm couch with equally bad support and there are not any other comfortable seats in the home. ”

“Lovely place with plenty of food options and things to do in walking distance. Andrew and Stella were very communicative and made check in and check out a breeze. Would definitely stay again!”

“Stayed downtown while attending an event at the convention center and the surrounding area. Good: Apt was very nice- clean and well set up, bed was good, plenty of dishes and coffee provided ++ Bad: The stairs up are really steep, so take that into account if you book. The areas is a little sketchy, but no one ever bothered us. Parking (provided lot) is a little bit of a walk away, but never had a problem and no one bothered the car. Overall still a great spot to stay if you have an event at……
