「Great stay with my husband and 2 kids aged 13 and 9. We used the pool which isn’t very big but they enjoyed it’s we got to use the sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms was spacious and very comfortable and clean. We ate at the prego restaurant for tea and everyone enjoyed what they had. We played pool and darts in the anchor bar on the evening which was great for the kids. 「We were given a lovely little lodge in courtyard with downstairs Tv area & bathroom and a mezzanine upper where the comfiest of beds were situated. The bathroom was beautiful, massive shower cubicle! The hosts were brilliant, even down to being shown which parts of the building were eldest & a centuries old stone winding staircase that was used by soldiers in the days of fighting over the English Scottish border.
