"This hotel is in the shinjuku area, walking distance from Shinjuku station. The hotel is well maintained, the smallest room is enough for two adults. The breakfast buffet is great to start your day, is well priced and they have many options for the entire family. We really missed this breakfast when we switched hotels in Japan. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in this neighborhood."

"We are very please with the friendliness of the staff. They are always great is on our and in the hotel. They are taking care of business, even the smallest things. I lost one pair of the socks. Replaced it and they found it and returned it to me. That was huge plus. Thank you and we will be back. "

The location is excellent, just steps away from the train station and shopping, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight with delicious food and plenty of great choices to start each day.
