“Good price including breakfast.”

“We love everything of this beautiful hotel.”

“Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was clean and the facilities in the room were good, breakfast options were good and the food was tasty. The gym and pool facilities were great with a wide variety of options for fitness. Overall would reccomend a stay here for sure.”

“The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay.”

“the room is clean and comfortable, but the bed sheet and quilt are a bit torn out. Time to replace with new ones.”

“你比賽會場最近的飯店，明年還要訂這一家，因為一月的UK非常冷 所以當你看完比賽或比完賽不用再拖著行李或者穿禮服進入會場或離開會場 一定要提早訂，因為房間很快就滿了”

“我們是面海的房間，與隔壁房共享一個大陽台，陽台可以躺著喝咖啡、曬太陽，實在是一個很棒的經驗!! 這是連通房之房型，家庭旅遊可訂此房型，那麼可享整個陽台呢!!”

“I really loved my stay here. There was a friendly vibe, the rooms were comfortable and you could tell the place was loved and looked after. Nice breakfast too. I got a sleep score of 92!! I will recommend to friends and family visiting Bournemouth.”

“Nice place and perfect location”

“I found the hotel to be great for my purposes which was a brief one night stoppover. Shower tap was a little stiff and water took quite a while to reach temperature.”

“櫃檯人員態度不佳、没服務熱誠、對話都不耐煩、酒店施工已經給房客帶來不方便、入門因施工地面不平、此飯店員工冷眼旁觀、我可是住了5天的客人、”

“cheap and nice！”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. Even though the Hotel was a bit dated, it was clearly an elegant property in its day. However, there was no central heating working in the room; no working television; no bar access during the stay; and £15 for overnight parking would be unacceptable for many.”

“The toilet was absolutely disgusting with sh*t stains all over the cover. It’s like they have never heard of water pressure and temperature control. Move the tap one millimeter and you go from boiling to freezing. The towels were yellow with stains. On the off chance you find one seemingly safe enough to use, the fluff sheds like a German shepherd in the summer. For £200+ a night the room was small with no air conditioning. All they give you is a measly fan that sounds like it’s on life……

“Very welcoming and efficient staff at reception, self check in also available. We stayed in a family double room with 2 large, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available, but no biscuits though, and 2 glasses in the room but no water which was a little strange. Good size desk for working on, if travelling on business, with plenty of sockets including USB points as well as more socket/USB by the bed, which is always handy. wifi had a very good signal and easy to connect to. Iron, ironing……
