「The hotel front desk staffs were very friendly. The location is nice. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Blue botttle coffee is only 10 mins walk from the hotel. 」

「Due to our train delay of 8 hours, we checked in at 12:30 am. The room washbasin is dirty and the toilet is not clean, there are paper towels in the toilet. So I went to the front desk and was required to change to another room. I need to package again and move to the third floor. The room is too small and doesn’t have a microwave and refrigerator. It’s not worth $100 at all. But the location is good, near to Jack London Square Amtrak station.」
