“We recently had a family vacation to Oaxaca with excitement for rest and relaxation. We had very specific needs that seemed to have been fulfilled by the listing including number of beds, proximity to the ocean/beach, a kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The pictures and descriptions of this apartment in a resort seemed to fit the bill but was not what expected when we arrived. The number of beds was not accurate, restaurants were not opened as described, and there was no shuttle service into……

“Property am was not ready and they were not expecting us had to wait hours. The condition of the furniture on the outdoor space was terrible. The location is super bad takes 40 minutes to go anywhere. ”

“This is a property best suited for families with young children. We were 8 people: parents + 3 of our adult kids and their partners. Although some aspects did not meet our expectations, we had a lot of fun and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the experience within the property a 7. My comments are specific as some aspects may matter more or less to a guest. Wins - the unit was large, spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view overlooking the beach, lots of space! “Sadly we had difficulty with our stay at this (Vivo) resort and there were quite a few things that didn't work or were simply unacceptable for travelers looking to relax and enjoy a seamless vacation and remote working experience. To be fair, the staff is friendly but under-trained. Upon arrival they required us to pay for our stay despite explaining we had already paid through VRBO; and the charge was less than VRBO so that also didn't sit well with us.
