Good location

Great location and size condo. Right on the beach. Cleaning could have been better - found broken fingernails and other garbage by nightstands and behind bunk beds but overall satisfied!

Great Location - No Issues

The unit could use some refreshing (some stains on the carpet, water stains on the ceiling from an upper level leak perhaps) but overall the unit was clean and as advertised. Location is fabulous. No real complaints.

Great location but not cleaned well

Location was close to the boardwalk and right next to the pool which was great. Unfortunately they did not have the place cleaned well. One of the bath mats was soaking wet when we arrived and the hardwood floor was filthy. Our feet looked gross from walking on it. Overall a very nice place to stay but the cleaning was not satisfactory

Are biggest issue was clealiness..we had to clean right away...bathrooms , refrigerator...could have been communication issues with cleaner we were told...so keep that in mind pla. To take cleaners with you...location is great, view ifthe ferris wheel beitiful..and its right next to the pool.

Great stay

The location, size and space was perfect. Condo 408 is on the pool level, with a very large gated patio that opens up to rec area and pool. Perfect for families with children. The location to boardwalk and beach was perfect. Not too far but just far away to not be too disturbed with the hustle and bustle of boardwalk and downtown oc. I do wish the description on the property listing was better. Hard to know some things. And having to drive to a different location to check in and out was a little annoying and cause soke disrupting to the flow of travel. The floors in thisbplace were DISGUSTING. Ive never seen my feet turn so black and dirty so quickly. Def made you wonder about the cleanliness of everything else.

Absolutely disgusting and definitely not renovated. I’m a realtor and understand conditions of properties and it was beyond gross. Carpet is definitely old, stained and excess dirt, whole house was caked in dirt and from, floors were black. I had to spend my first day on maintenance and housekeeping calls which didn’t get resolved. Hvac filter was probably 3 years unchanged, food stained, found a bloody tooth behind behind plugging in my phone and all drains were clogged. Great building, decent pool but would never book this room again. Also, dishwasher was broken, microwave light didn’t work, washer sounded like a freight train.

Great Place & Location

Loved it. Pool is just outside your door. Great location on Boardwalk! Secure building with security guards on grounds. Parking is also in secured area but a tight squeeze. Condo was great and we loved our stay. As with any other property furniture could be upgraded but even that was perfect for us. Thank You for offering this property.
