Stoney Creek Hotel Kansas City - Independence

"Overall the room was in great condition including the bathroom. The pool area was so-so. Seating was limited with only one lounger which was disappointing. The rest were Adirondack chairs which are not pool friendly in my opinion. Part of our stay was intended to enjoy the pool so that is why my review is focused on it. The staff was friendly and the place was clean."

"The owner was very nice and understanding and worked with us on payment. The rooms are clean and beds are so comfortable for the price. I absolutely love this place. The housekeeper Eduardo is very nice. We love it here and while our house burnt down due to electrical, the owners are understanding and so very nice. I will let all my friends know about this place. We have a special needs daughter and the owners treat her so good. I love the fact that they don't judge. Very much recommended"
