The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very private (thanks to its location in the last building in the development, which meant looking out only at the dunes & not other buildings). The kitchen had every pot and pan we needed, the pantry was nicely stocked, and the beds were supremely comfortable. Plus, the owners were very pro-active and communicative, both before and during our stay. All in all, a delightful visit!」

「Was a lovely place. Quiet ! Wish we could have stayed longer. One major deal that come up was the shower fixture is broken. Was only able to take one shower that was hot. We attempted to run the shower for 10 minutes with no hot water. Please tend to this issue before another client lets out the unit. 「From the large master, to the large table and couch, shorebirds 263 is the perfect getaway. There was a ton of seating, tennis racquets (courts nearby), full kitchen with silverware and everything needed to place your food in. Lots of games to play in cupboards!
