“another great stay. This is our 4th year, Paul is a great host. The cabin is always clean and has everything we need for our annual fishing trip. ”

“Worked for our family. Close to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. Host was super responsive to pre arrival and stay questions. ”

“The house was very dirty upon arrival. All items such as kayaks and toys were all very old and dirty, no work was done upon arrival, floors were dirty, there was a bunch of cob webs in windows. We were told there would be toiletries and there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided. Back deck appeared as though furniture and deck hadn’t been properly cleaned and the bed sheets were dirty as well. Sadly very disappointed in our stay here. Pictures were not accurate at all. “Kid-friendly? I believe as long as they’re supervised it would be great. Our accommodations were comfortable, the views were breathtaking and very peaceful. Just what we were looking for!! Mr. Paul Boatman was very helpful and communicative! The camp had resources inside of where to eat and shop nearby.”

“As a guest it is difficult to leave the Cottage. You want to stay longer. While there you become part of it and immerse yourself in the beauty, tranquility, and design throughout, including the handblown sconces, cornice details, wood corbels, and of course the sound of the rushing falls. Your mind and soul become one; you are transported into a magical state of being, not wanting to return to reality. Robin made all this happen with her vision. Her attention to detail, willingness to share……

“Immaculately clean and well setup. Very cozy with the gas/propane stove. Owners came over. Very accommodating and friendly. Situated on a pond with canoes and a boat available. No cell or internet connectivity but a very private relaxing atmosphere ”
