"Room was nice, they offered free drinks for adults, breakfast is hot, and delicious, walking distance to the mall. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, hard to see the game, besides that is a gorgeous hotel, good size parking too."

"Room was clean, staff were very nice, they had a great restaurant and bar. The food was amazing for bar food. You must get the huge stuffed tater tots and chicken tenders. The pool was a bit cool but the hot tub was amazing. We did not pay for the breakfast so I can't say anything about it. The walk in shower was slippery. We got a room with a one plate stove , nice size fridge and microwave and sink. I really appreciated this as I brought my 3 grandkids. Don't hesitate to book you will not be disappointed. "

"Excellent place to stay--spotlessly clean, easy parking, super comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff, excellent wifi, reasonable rates. Only drawback is that rooms are a bit small. Regardless, this hotel has become our go-to lodging choice in the Syracuse area."
