Come relax and enjoy the Florida sun! Olaf’s Funhouse is a themed 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom vacation home located 3 miles from Walt Disney World in the beautiful gated Formosa Gardens Estates. The pool is South-facing and full of Florida sunshine. It features 4 KING master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and 3 themed kids bedrooms. The themed bedrooms are the Sleigh room, the Ice Castle room, and the Trading Post. The home also features a themed movie theater with an 80-inch TV and theater-style seating. The home has a large heated pool with FREE pool heat, a heated spa, a themed splash pad, and a grill INCLUDED!

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
Depending on our reservation calendar sometimes it is possible for guests to check-in before the standard 4pm. When available, guests can check-in early for an additional charge. If you are interested in early check-in, please send us a message. We will check and see if it is possible and let you know.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Formosa Gardens Estates is a gated estate community located just three miles from the theme parks off of Route 192W. The neighborhood is in a quiet, tranquil area yet only a one minute drive to a Target Superstore, grocery stores, pharmacies, a medical walk-in clinic, and many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba's. Formosa Gardens is less than a three mile drive to Disney World!

ABOUT THE HOUSE
This home has been professionally custom designed throughout with over 4000 sq. ft. of space. All four master bedrooms are furnished with king-size mattresses. Each master bedroom offers a large flat screen TV. All of the TVs are “Netflix ready” if you have an account. Three of the master bedrooms are on the first floor and one of the master bedrooms is on the second floor. One of the first floor master suites includes a full size crib, just like you would have at home!

The Trading Post bedroom is sure to delight any child. The furniture in this room includes a themed bunkbed shaped like a log cabin Trading Post. The bottom bed is a full-size bed and the top bed is a twin size. The top bunk accommodates children under 150 pounds, the bottom bunk can accommodate kids and/or adults who are “kids at heart”.

The Sleigh bedroom features two twin beds shaped like sleighs. These beds can accommodate children and adults and are standard twin size beds.

The Ice Castle bedroom offers a built-in castle bed with three twin beds. There are two twin beds on the lower level and one twin bed on the upper level. The upper level bed can accommodate children under 150 pounds. The lower level beds can accommodate adults. The twin beds are built into the ice castle.

The house has hi-speed wi-fi and pool/spa heat INCLUDED!

If you have young children, we provide a stroller for guest's use. We also provide a high chair, a full-size crib, and a couple portable pack-n-plays for your convenience.

If you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning the house has both a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig.

The house is supplied with one roll of paper towels, a small soap at each sink, two rolls of toilet paper per toilet, dish detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the kitchenware, dishes, and utensils you could need with a large party. There’s also a full supply of dishes especially for children.

The house security cameras are outside on the front door, driveway and pool equipment on the side of the house.
