Family vacation

Everything about from reserving the house to check out was 5 star! The host,Ted, was great at communicating with us. He answered texts immediately and was very helpful. The house was decorated beautifully, very clean, and plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the game room and pool with the movie screen outside!! We will definitely stay here again.

Best stay ever!!

Perfect stay for our family vacation!! For many year's I have stayed at the Windsor Hills resort and lots of villas within however, by far this was one of the “Best Stays Ever” The house was exactly as shown in all the pictures, perfect location, immaculately cleaned, well stocked with all your kitchen needs, for your pool enjoyment and a movie screen as the added bonus! I traveled with young adults and they obsessed over the game room that was equipped with enough arcade enjoyment to last throughout a rainy day! Our host Ted was so amazing from the very beginning, he answered all our questions in a timely manner, we arrived after midnight and he was readily available to assist us, he gave us several great suggestions from everything to where the best supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream shops, entertainment spots, and many other options to help us have the best vacation! The check in and check out process was so easy. The property within the resort is well maintained and the amenities are endless! I will definitely be booking all my vacations at the Best Stay Ever!!

Perfect home close to Disney

The property is really lovely, it has everything you need and more. Great location for Disney Parks, slightly further for Universal. The resort is great, pool super warm and it is all well maintained. The communication with the host was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfection!

We loved this house, Paradise by the Parks. It was exactly as the pictures and description showed and checked off every box that we find important. It was clean, had a wonderful heated pool and hot tub, all the furniture was new, beautiful and so comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and didn't lack for anything. We loved the game room- so many pinball competitions! And lastly and most importantly, the beds and pillows were so comfortable- we all slept so well. The location of the house is perfect for soaking up lots of Florida sunshine- it's on a corner lot so the pool gets lots of morning and afternoon sun. Ted, the Property Manager, was so helpful and just a phone call away for our questions. He made sure our stay was absolutely perfect. We have stayed at Windsor Hills resort for many years and highly recommend it. It is very clean, easy to navigate, the homes are beautiful, and it is central to other Florida activities. We will definitely be booking this house again- it is perfect and feels just like paradise!

Fun family stay!!

This house was perfect for our vacation! Lots of space and the open layout was great for us to all hang out while watching tv, cooking, or coloring (some pretty awesome adult coloring books of course!!). Lots of bedrooms to choose from and accommodate the entire group! The pool and hot tub were most definitely the biggest hit with my kiddos!

Great for Disney, beware of the bugs though.

This was a great home, plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, pool was great for the kids to play and adults to relax and the gameroom was a great bonus space to have some fun with our friends and family. There was only a couple of draw backs that would not allow me to give it a 5 star rating. First there is a serious ant problem in the house. You could not leave any food out on the counters and even in the pantry closet. Every morning you wake up to ants all on the counters and in the sink. We called the property manager and he did have an exterminator come spray but it did not help at all. There was bugs that came up out of the drain in the master bathroom tub. Ran hot water cured it for a couple days. The house was in good condition but a couple things were broken when arriving. The screen by the pool door was ripped and the lights of the ceiling fans flickered when the fan was on but the light was off. Oh and last thing, if you go in the summer and go out all day, expect to come home to a warm house. The thermostat resets to 78 during the day. So it takes forever for the house to cool back down to 72 at night. Would rather pay an extra 100 for the week just to leave the house cool all day. Nothing worse than spending a full day at the park in the heat and coming back to a warm house. The distance to Disney was great. Universal was 30 to 60 minutes depending on what time you leave for the park. Overall good house just get the bugs under control.
