Overall great place to stay

This place was exactly as listed. Clean, spacious and beautiful. 15 minutes to Disney parks and in a quiet location. Management company was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great place and location

Home was as advertised. Close to Disney and also many other restaurants and places to shop. Home was clean and spacious. Manager communicated well to make sure check in and out was smooth process. Would stay again!

Very nice stay!

Very well kept, well decorated and comfortable home. Easy access to attractions, near Disney, Seaworld, Walmart, Publix, Outlet shops and dining places. Friendly manager. We enjoyed our stay and had a pleasant experience renting this property. Great deal, can´t go wrong!

The Place was spacious and clean and just went by family needed. The only downfall was air didn’t get cool enough when we went to sleep. Other than that this place was great with my family and I to stay at the win the time we were on vacation.

Great house for the family

The house is great and the environment is perfect. You have the pool near to the house and a backyard to sit and enjoy with family and friends. The rooms were perfect, a good size with comfortable beds. The location is on point, just 10-15 min away from the main parks. The owner of the house is friendly and would answer any concern of yours 24/7, he gives you a lot of instructions and would help you no matter what. If I have to go back again, I would definitely choose this house again.

Perfect Location! Tucked Away in Middle of Everything!

Everything was great! Great 1st impression. Very modern, yet very homey feeling. Great area! Close to everything yet tucked away in the center away from the crazy tourist traffic. Very clean. Grocery store (Publix around the corner). Disney super close, international Blvd. close, restaurants close, perfect location if you want to visit multiple areas in Kissimmee/Orlando. Gated community feels very safe. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Highly recommend. Management super professional & literally a phone call away if you need anything.

Golf Trip to Orlando

I booked this property in hurry for 4 couples golf trip right after the X-mas. First floor living room, dining table, and kitchech were okay but all of bedrooms and bathrooms on second floor were very small including Master Bedroom (smallest master bedroom I have seen so far) and not enough spaces to put things in the drawers, no bedroom furnitures except small night stand drawers in each bedroom, including master bedroom. It looked like they put 4 bedrooms in a space big enough for two bedroom unit. Also, there were not enough kitchen items. Our group only cook for breakfast during entire stay and kitchen stuffs were bare minimum. If anyone plans to cook much in this unit, they will need to bring their own stuffs. Another thing is that I got charged $15 for damaged pillow in the bedroom I slept in. I asked what kind of damage to the pillow for charging since I left the room the same way when we checked in. They never responded back. I am a rental property owner myself and I now realize why all my renters love my property having plenty of stuffs in the house and no charge for small things.

Great location

The house was great. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. One of the double beds was a little saggy and could do with refreshing but this is our only negative. The location was perfect. We had a small issue during our stay which was resolved immediately and communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Was enough space for everyone and was clean and the check in was pretty easy. The oven wasnt working but they sent someone right away to fix it. I definitely would stay here again.

Clean and close to parks

The house was just what we needed. It was so nice to each have our own spaces after a busy day at the park. I even needed to extend our stay a day last minute ( my own error) and they were wonderful.
