Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed the 2 night stay, which was a very short notice and the property manager accomadated. The kids enjoyed the pool and the property layout was great for all guests. Location was amazing and close to everything. The home was as descripted and provided the necessities for the short stay. Overall the home is clean and organized, only item that could use attention is the carpet.

Amazing stay

I can’t say enough about this property. The pictures were exactly like what we walked into. It was clean and had everything we needed. The whole family had a blast. Every room had its own bathroom which is a plus with a large group like we had and it’s just an hour drive to the beach. Just be aware the people party all night so don’t expect this to be a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again!

A great spot for vacation

Great location. Check in was super easy. Comfortable. Enjoyed our stay for sure. Only minor items if I was asked for feedback. A new toaster would be a good addition…4 slice for sure. Dishwasher also might need an upgrade. Games room was good…we had to grab some batteries for the Xbox remotes. Had trouble figuring out the main TV but messaged and got assistance to get it working. All minor things but did not take away from the overall experience.

Fun Family Getaway

We enjoyed staying at this beautifully furnished house. The game room that was in the garage turned out to be a lot of fun, although they could use some more ping pong, paddles and balls. We also enjoyed the outside area around the pool. There are no blinds off of the main room so the sun comes in in the morning and at night it is open for anyone to see. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and enjoyed it very much! Besides the blinds, the only drawback was that the host did not respond to our inquiries about the grill or a late checkout, perhaps because it was over the weekend. I would highly recommend this house for a family getaway.

Over all a positive experience

Overall we had a pleasant stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids), location was good with an easy commute to the parks and the pool was nice for the kids. There were a couple of negatives: overall the house was clean but the carpet needed cleaning. Especially the steps to the second floor. Also the kitchen is not well stocked. We had to buy paper plates bowls and plastic eating utensils to have enough for our family. The can open was broken, and the appliances need to be better.

Great place for a family get away

The house was beautiful and spacious. The living areas were very clean and had everything you could need. Just bring your own personal toiletries. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness was because of the outside patio and pool deck. This area definitely needs some TLC. Luckily, we were out exploring Orlando and didn’t spend much time around the pool. However, it honestly seemed like maybe a few rainstorms may have caused dirt to wash in, maybe. A quick outside cleaning and this house is perfect! My family of 6 fit perfectly.
