The house was great. Communication the week before our trip was disappointing as I sent emails and left messages and didn't get any responses until the day of our stay. I would stay there again and I would also recommend it.

Nasty Dirty

These home were not clean. Wood works were dirty with built up dust. Pool nasty. The air conditioning was horrible. We were told that we could not take the temperature over or under 72 degrees. Black mold in the bathroom. Window doors to the patio were nasty and dirty

Overall good stay but bring towels

Pros: *Spacious for large family *Great for multiple couples *Nice heated community pool and neighborhood is quiet Cons: The management company needs to do better. *Limited towels (2 per room and no wash cloths provided) *Not enough kitchen supplies for large meal prep. (Also no seasonings, salt/pepper or basics in kitchen at all). *No mats or floor towels for safety when stepping out of drop down showers that are slick. *Some furniture broken (kitchen stools and couch) & worn * Home needs to be deep cleaned (corners, trim, walls, and grout lines all had visible grime). Overall we weren’t completely dissatisfied with the home as it served our needs. The biggest issue was honestly the towels and need for improved or deep cleaning.

Poor communication but otherwise a good stay.

The house was as described. Spacious and mostly clean. Communication was an issue with this company. Listing stated the house came with baby items but when we went to add our extras later the online form stated that they were an extra charge. I reached out to the company and after some back and forth of the staff member saying they weren’t included, but not actually knowing the answer, it was decided that is was included in the original price. Shortly before we arrived we received a list of house rules but when we arrived to the house the rules posted inside said the opposite. It was regarding on street parking and trash disposal. The last communication issue was when we called needing our pool serviced. They usually clean the pool weekly but after a week of heavy use from our kids the water was green and slimey. We called property management who assured us someone would come out that afternoon and after a handful of phone calls no one showed. They ended up sending them in on the regular scheduled day.
