Great no frills rental

We were doing several different theme parks and it was close enough to be an easy drive. The kids loved the pool. The house was spacious and clean. Had excellent communication with the host.

Disney/Universal Vacation

The location of the house was great. Theme parks were close (minus traffic) and other things (shopping, mini-golf, ice-cream) were located nearby as well. We were disappointed in the fact the listing wasn't accurate. It says there is a grill, however, there was no grill. We found that about 1/3 of the lightbulbs in the house were out, so we had to swap bulbs from lamps not being used into lamps we were using. Very few pots and pans, which would not be an issue if there was a grill, but there wasn’t a grill. There was also a bar of soap “stuck” to the counter from a previous guest using it and it dried to the counter.

Very centralized to all the parks. The property is a bit outdated but very functional for large groups. Communication with the management was outstanding.

Property was not very clean. Stains on walls, bathrooms smell like urine, mildew in showers. Definitely not happy with this property. If we wasn’t in town for a family illness we definitely would’ve chosen another property.

Your property was not clean, You really need to seek out another cleaning agency. Pool dirty, walls dirty, wood works dirty. Floor needed to be mopped. Over the door dusty and dirty.

Needs repairs and maintenance

House had several problems, many electrical outlets do not work in several rooms. Furniture was worn out and loose, wobbly. Paint and drywall had many blemishes and marks. I stayed at a similar property in a better neighborhood at a comparable rate last year and the house was in much condition overall. I would not stay at this house again unless and until major repairs are made.

Mold/Mildew

The property listed in the picture was not the actual unit I was given. There were may visible problem right off from broken beds, dirty walls and floors appear to have not been cleaned in a very long time broken dished on table, mold and mildew in downstairs bedroom and ceiling leaking from all of the rain, rooms without tvs, tv in commons area has a white line through it, ice maker didn't work and fridge did not work the first day. Customer service is horrible! I was not offered a different unit and there was no resolution to my many problems. Management sent out someone after 8pm the 2nd day to patch up things around my family, I politely turned her away there was nothing she could do with us in the house. These repairs needs attention when the house is empty. I requested a refund and hope it is honored. It was that bad!
